Luxurious Material
Our beautiful bespoke Christmas Cards are printed to the same high specification as our Promotional Handouts, with the addition of a crease to enable the card to be folded.
NB Please remember to specify the crease under Optional Extras, by ticking Finishing and Creasing below the price table.
We use triple coated 450gsm silk art board and our prices include either gloss or matt lamination on one side.
If you require overprinted or unprinted envelopes, they can be ordered from our Overprinted Envelopes page, which is at the bottom of the Stationery Products listed on the left hand menu.
Litho and Digital Printing
Small quantities are digitally printed and can be printed either one side only or both sides in full colour. The digital printing prices are shown in the two columns on the right hand side of the price table.
Quantities of 500 or above are litho printed. The litho printing prices are shown in the three columns on the left hand side of the price table – this includes an option for printing in full colour one side and black only on the reverse, which is slightly cheaper than printing in full colour both sides.
Choice of Sizes
Most Christmas Cards have a flat size of A4 (210mm x 297mm), so they fold to form a four page A5 card. This would fit into a standard C5 envelope.
A smaller option is A5 flat, which when folded to A6 fits into a standard C6 envelope.
If you wish to use a standard DL envelope, you could opt for a flat size of 2/3rds A4 (198mm x 210mm).
Select the "Custom Size?" radio button to specify any unusual flat size you require up to A3 (297mm x 420mm).

Production times for Printing Christmas Cards
If your Christmas Cards only require printing and creasing with no extra finishing such as Digital Embossing, the following choices of turnaround times are available.
Express turnaround – your Christmas Card printing order will be despatched in four working days.
Express Plus turnaround – your Christmas Card printing order will be despatched in three working days.
Economy turnaround – your Christmas Card printing order will be despatched in seven working days.
Super Economy turnaround – your Christmas Card printing order will be despatched in thirteen working days.
If you require extra finishing, such as Digital Embossing, the number of working days will increase by a day or two. The despatch time, including the time required for the extra finishing, will be shown in the Product Description.
For a day to be treated as the first working day, we require your printing order and payment along with print quality artwork before 10am. Alternatively, for an additional charge, you can delay the printing order, payment and print quality artwork cut-off time to 3.30pm.
Artwork and PDF requirements for Christmas Cards
- We operate a PDF workflow, so please supply your artwork as a Press Quality PDF. If you prefer, we can create a PDF for you, in which case we will email a proof to you for approval. There is an additional charge for this PDF creation service of £20 plus VAT.
- If any print reaches the edge of your finished job, please add 3mm bleed to all sides of your artwork
- We need a "quiet area" to ensure nothing important is too near to the edge of the finished item; so please leave a 5mm inner margin for anything other than backgrounds
- Supply files to us in CMYK, not RGB please
- Image resolution should be 300dpi or more
- Please embed fonts or convert all of your text to shapes
